1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide the original receipt or order confirmation.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food or treats.

  • Supplements and medicines.

  • Grooming products (shampoos, sprays, hygiene items).

  • Customized or special-order items.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (cash on delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit).


4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • If you need an exchange, contact us immediately with photos of the product.
